Butch'S Pan Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium Irish potatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 to 2 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage
enough oil to cover bottom of pan
1/2 to 1 c. water
Preparation

In medium skillet with oil, cut sausage into thin round pieces. Fry sausage until done, then remove and drain.
Add potatoes and onions.
Cook on medium high heat with enough water to make steam. Keep adding water.
Cover until water is gone and potatoes and onions are done.
Add sausage to pan.
Simmer for 15 minutes longer.
