Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplant
    1 pkg. hot and spicy Shake 'n Bake
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. carton Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix milk and eggs together.
    Dip eggplant, peeled and sliced, into egg mixture; shake in Shake 'n Bake until coated.
    Fry in oil until tender.
