Pumpkin Bread Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. dates
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat 2 minutes.
Stir in pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture.
Spread on greased and floured wax paper in oblong pan; sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn out onto confectioners sugar-covered cloth; peel off wax paper.
Roll up (very easy) and let cool.
Add filling and re-roll.
