Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. Jiffy biscuit mix or any biscuit mix
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 c. very ripe banana, mashed
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Use regular size loaf pan, greased and floured.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Easy and delicious!
