Broiled Porgies(Psaritsipoures) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium-sized Porgies
    1/2 c. olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon or to your taste
Preparation
    Wash the fish in cold water
    and pat dry.
    Rub fish all over with some olive oil.
    Broil both sides of fish until they are done.
    (This may take 15 minutes or more, depending on the size of the fish.) Beat the lemon juice and olive oil together with a fork and pour over the
    fish
    when
    it comes out of the broiler.
