Paul'S Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Drain sliced pineapple; reserve juice and use for another purpose such as adding to orange juice for breakfast.
    Place slices in the bottom of a baking dish; they fit in a 10-inch ceramic pan.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
