Hot Fudge Cake With Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. water
1 egg
3/4 tsp. soda
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift sugar and flour together.
Bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil.
Remove from heat and add sugar and flour mixture.
Mix on slow speed until well blended.
Add egg, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes in a baking pan.
