Two Hour Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cakes or pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    7 c. flour or more
Preparation
    Beat the first 4 ingredients until foamy.
    Add the shortening, salt and flour.
    Knead just enough to mix well.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Make into buns.
    Let rise again; bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
