Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. shortening (I used Crisco butter flavored shortening)
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
Preparation
    I mix the dry ingredients and the liquid ingredients separately and then put them together.
    Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
    Grease and flour 2 round pans or 1 long pan or 1 Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
