Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

oil
3 cloves garlic
1 chicken, cut into pieces
1/4 c. cut up celery
1 small can mushrooms, sliced
1 small can tomato paste
1 can water
dash of oregano
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat some oil in pan, add garlic and brown chicken pieces. Add remaining ingredients to pan and cook until thicken is tender. If needed, add more water to sauce.
Serve chicken and sauce over wide noodles.
