Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Mix yeast in lukewarm water.
Add shortening, salt, sugar, and flour; make stiff dough.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Roll out.
Dip in melted butter.
Put in pan; let rise again.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 to golden brown.
