Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour (cake flour or remove 2 Tbsp. regular flour from measurement)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Measure into bowl the flour, sugar, shortening, crushed graham crackers, salt and 3/4
cup
milk.
Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in baking powder; add
eggs,
1/2
cup
milk and vanilla. Mix for 2 more minutes.
Grease
and flour pans.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Ice with Lemon Icing.
Decorate with 1 teaspoon graham cracker crumbs.
