California Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pitted black olives, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, milk and egg in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Brown meat in skillet, stirring to keep crumbly.
    Add chili seasoning mix, salt, tomatoes, corn and olives; mix well.
    Stir into cornmeal mixture.
