Ritz California Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen California vegetables, cooked and drained
    about 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    3/4 Velveeta cheese
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Put aside 2/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers for top; mix 1 1/3 cups crushed Ritz crackers with 1 stick butter.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt Velveeta cheese with 1/2 stick butter.
    Mix cheese mixture with vegetables; put over crackers in bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle reserved 2/3 cup cracker crumbs over vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and reheated in microwave.
