Sweet And Sour Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
1 pineapple, chunked
1 bell pepper
1 onion
6 carrots
2 mangos
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Bring water in deep skillet to a boil, then add pork and cook until almost done.
Then add rest of ingredients.
Cook until done, then add a mixture of cornstarch, flour and water for thickening.
The flour mixed with the cornstarch will allow you to warm up later.
Serve over noodles or rice.
