Crab Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 small sprig parsley
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 lb. crabmeat
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Blend in flour.
    Gradually stir in tomatoes. Add sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and parsley.
    Simmer gently, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Add crab meat and Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat thoroughly.
