Egg And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 tomatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    3 c. (3 oz.) shredded sharp American cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    3 c. cooked, pared and sliced potatoes (1 1/4 lb.)
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice bread)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook onion in the 1 tablespoon butter or margarine until tender. Blend in flour. Stir the sour cream, milk, cheese, parsley, salt, paprika and pepper into the onion mixture. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts. Combine sauce and potatoes.
