Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    Velveeta cheese, sliced
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Place hash browns in bottom of casserole dish and cover with ground beef.
    Place a layer of sliced onions on ground beef.
    Mix the soup with 2 cups of water and pour over all.
    Cover and cook at 325\u00b0 until thoroughly hot, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Uncover and place slices of Velveeta cheese on top.
    Put back in oven until cheese is melted.
