Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pop
    popcorn.
    Cook together until melted, brown sugar, oleo, light
    corn syrup and salt.
    After those ingredients are melted, add
    1/2
    teaspoon\toleo
    and 1/2 teaspoon soda.
    Have popcorn in an extra large bowl (I use my canner).
    Pour cooked mixture over popcorn
    and stir until evenly coated.
    Place in several 2-inch deep
    pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15
    minutes and breaking apart.
    When cool, break apart and store
    in airtight
    container.
    Has
    become
    a
    Christmas tradition with my family.
