Aunt Rolene'S Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Round steak
    garlic salt
    flour
    celery, chopped
    onion, chopped
    tomato paste or sauce
    mushrooms, small can
    pepper
    1 can peas
Preparation
    Sprinkle round steak with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Cut steak in serving pieces and roll in flour.
    Fry in a little oil to brown.
    Remove steak, add 3 or 4 tablespoons of flour to skillet to soak up grease and brown slightly.
    Add 1 cup water and 1 can of tomato paste or sauce, celery, onions and mushrooms.
