Greek Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg
6 eggs
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Prepare pie crust.
Cook spinach; press out moisture and chop finely.
In skillet, saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until golden.
Stir in spinach.
