Championship Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. grated carrot
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 c. Dannon Instead
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
fresh vegetables
Preparation

Mix ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. May add crab, lobster or shrimp.
