Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

In skillet, saute 1/2 cup sugar until brown.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, milk, egg yolks and flour.
Cook until thick.
Add brown sugar, slowly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour into pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
