Baked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. haddock or scallops or both
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 (14 oz.) can shrimp
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Place fish in greased baking dish.
Cover with cream of shrimp soup and the canned shrimp.
Spread the butter or margarine over mixture.
Cover with the crushed Ritz crackers.
Spread finely chopped onion over all.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
