Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. ground pecans
    2 c. sifted flour
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar, pecans and flour.
    Mix well.
    Shape into balls using about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie. Bake at 300\u00b0 on ungreased baking sheet for about 45 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while hot and again when cooled.
