Big Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. active dry yeast
3 c. lukewarm water
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil or melted margarine
10 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 egg, beaten
coarse salt
Preparation

Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets.
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Blend in 4 eggs and slice margarine.
Add 10 cups flour, sugar, salt and nonfat instant milk.
Stir well. Add additional flour to make a soft, but not too sticky dough.
Knead 5 minutes, until dough is smooth.
Roll pieces of dough in ropes, about 1/2-inch in diameter and 18 to 24-inches long.
Form into pretzel shapes.
Place on baking sheets.
