Mama'S Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. lime juice
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 c. cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. (1 medium) green pepper, finely chopped (reserve some for garnish, if desired)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as package directs; drain and set aside.
    In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, vegetable oil, mustard, salt and celery seed; mix well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    If desired, serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with reserved green pepper.
