Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 c. flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add shortening (cut shortening in). Add buttermilk and yeast (dissolved in warm water).
    Work dough. Pinch off amount needed; roll out and cut into biscuits.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Refrigerate rest and pinch off as needed.
