Frozen Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 qt. frozen vanilla low-fat yogurt, melted
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Let cool to room temperature.
    Stir in yogurt and pineapple (do not drain pineapple).
    Pour mixture into a 9-inch square pan and sprinkle with walnuts.
    Cover and freeze 8 hours or until set.
    Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings, 110 calories.
