Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. sugar
3 c. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. white cake mix
Preparation

Put rhubarb in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and jello.
Put marshmallows on top of this.
Make up cake mix as per directions.
Pour over marshmallows.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool for 5 to 10 minutes and invert onto a cookie sheet or whatever it will fit.
