Russian Tea Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla, salt, flour and nuts (optional).
    Mix well.
    Form into balls and place on ungreased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
