6 large green peppers
1/2 c. bottled real Italian dressing
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Wash peppers; remove stems and seeds.
Parboil in salted water; drain.
