Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. mashed bananas (about 5 small)
Preparation
    With mixer, beat sugar, eggs and bananas. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
