Caviar And Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (lite, room temperature)
    1/4 c. heavy cream or skim milk
    3 scallions, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    4 oz. smoked salmon, shredded
    2 Tbsp. red salmon caviar
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese and cream or milk gently.
    Stir in scallions, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
    Fold in the smoked salmon and caviar until well combined.
    Be careful not to overmix so the shreds of salmon and caviar can remain whole.
    Serve with crackers or toast points.
    Yield:
    2 cups.
