Glorified Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. cheese
    Special K cereal or other crumbs (for topping)
Preparation
    Grate cheese and mix with potatoes (thawed or frozen). Heat margarine, soup and sour cream until bubbly and mix with potatoes and cheese. Place in large casserole dish. Add enough milk to cover 3/4 to 1 cup. Dot rest of margarine on top. Top with Special K cereal or crumbs (corn flake, bread, etc.) If potatoes are thawed thoroughly, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. If frozen, bake 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly.
