Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick oats
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats.
    Stir in butter.
    Add sugars, eggs, flour, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a well-greased 11 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
