Cabbage-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (cheese or butter flavored)
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation

Boil cabbage with carrots 7 to 10 minutes. Drain. Make sauce of flour, butter, salt and milk. Slice cream cheese and add to hot sauce.
Lightly mix vegetables, macaroni and sauce together. Spoon into baking dish. Cover with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
