Bass With Bleu Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    3/4 c. white wine
    2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
    dash of white pepper
    1 1/2 lb. bass fillets
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    In small bowl, mix flour and sour cream.
    Blend in wine, cheese, chives and white pepper.
    Cut fish into serving size pieces; place in prepared pan.
    Spread with sauce.
    Bake until fish flakes at thickest part, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Place fish on warm serving plate.
    Stir sauce before serving.
