Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    1 c. sour cream
    1 shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Quarter zucchini lengthwise and cut into small pieces. Combine with onion, boil for 5 minutes and drain.
    Mix other ingredients, except for stuffing, into zucchini and onion mixture. Melt margarine and mix in stuffing.
    Put in a large casserole dish.
    Combine only half of the stuffing now and use the remaining half as a topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
