Cheese And Garlic Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose buttermilk baking mix (recipe tested with Bisquick)
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. unsalted butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder (not garlic salt)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a medium sized electric mixer bowl, combine baking mix, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
    Serve warm. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
