Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    3 c. raw apples
    1 c. nuts
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat.
    Add dry ingredients (sifted together).
    Add apples and nuts.
    If stiff, add 1/4 cup buttermilk.
    Bake
    in 13 x 9-inch pan or Bundt pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
