Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 can) (16 oz.) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until stems are \"almost\" tender.
    Line broccoli in baking pan.
    Cover with slices of Velveeta cheese.
    Top with layer of crushed crackers, Town House or Ritz (prefer Town House), then top with tabs of butter.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 1/2 hour.
