Buttermilk Pie(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and then add beaten eggs.
    Put into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until pies \"set\".
    Makes 2 pies in 9-inch pans.
