Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shrimp, chicken, pork or beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. cabbage, chopped
    1 c. broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. Chinese pea pods (optional)
    2 to 3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in large, deep skillet; drain.
    Add vegetables of your choice with 1/4 cup water to meat.
    Cook until tender, stirring to keep vegetables from scorching.
    Serve on top of cooked rice.
    Season with soy sauce.
