Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cubed
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. crispy bacon
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. jar mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and onion in water until almost soft.
    Drain, then add cheese, mayonnaise and 3/4 of bacon.
    Mix together and put in a casserole dish.
    Next, top with rest of bacon, crumbled. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
