Round Steak En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, cut into serving-size pieces
    flour
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to season
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Have butcher tenderize round steak.
    Cut into serving-size pieces.
    Flour steak pieces with flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Brown in hot oil quickly.
    Place meat in casserole.
    Add water to skillet and stir to form thick gravy.
    Thin gravy with water.
    Pour over meat, cover and bake.
    In 400\u00b0
    oven cook meat, covered, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Test with fork.
    When it is done will be very tender.
