Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine syrup, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Cook at Full power 4 minutes, stirring twice.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Place popcorn in large paper grocery bag and pour mixture over corn.
    Stir with wooden spoon to coat corn completely.
    Cook at Full power 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake bag.
    Repeat, but shake bag every 30 seconds to check for doneness.
