Strawberry Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drain & reserve juice
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry/banana gelatin
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. strawberry ice cream
Preparation
    Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
    Heat and stir into gelatin.
    Add pineapple tidbits and pecans.
    Gradually stir in ice cream until melted and blended.
    Chill.
