Crock-Pot Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large, sliced onion
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat; remove fat.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Put all ingredients in slow cooker.
    Cook 8 hours on low or 6 hours on high.
    Serve over fluffy rice or chow mein noodles.
