Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise (real)
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. broken potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Turn into shallow buttered casserole.
Mix cheese and chips and spread over top of casserole.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
